摘要 对新建电气化铁路牵引变电所准确的负序预测评估,有利于电气化铁路系统整体性能的提高及经济性运行。首先,通过对实测数据的统计分析,得到了馈线电流95%概率大负荷值与额定负荷值的函数关系。然后,根据牵引供电系统与电力系统的特性,提出了基于不完全β函数预测馈线电流95%概率大值的算法,并验证了其有效性。最后,依据电能质量国家标准,推导计算得到了在单相牵引变压器接线方式下短容比的取值,进而通过总结电气化铁路对电力系统供电能力的需求,转化得到了一种电气化铁路预测评估负序的方法,并结合典型案例进行分析,论证了方法的正确性和可行性。 Accurate prediction and evaluation of negative-sequence for a new electrified railway traction substation is beneficial to the improvement of the overall performance of electrified railway system as well as its economic operation.First,based on the statistical analysis of measured data,the functional relationship between the 95%probability large load value and the rated load value is obtained.Then,according to the characteristics of traction power supply system and power system,a method based on the incompleteβfunction is proposed to predict the 95%probability large value of feeder current,whose validity is also verified.Finally,according to the Chinese standards on power quality,the val-ue of short-circuit capacity ratio is calculated in a single-phase traction transformer connection mode.Moreover,through the summary of the demand of electrified railway for the power supply capability of power system,a negative-se-quence evaluation method for electrified railway is formulated.Combined with the analysis of a typical case,the correct-ness and feasibility of the proposed method are proved.
