摘要
使用Aspen Plus软件对正丙醇脱水常规双塔共沸精馏流程进行模拟和全局经济优化,在此基础上,进一步提出正丙醇脱水的共沸精馏隔壁塔三塔等价模型分离方案,并对该流程进行模拟和优化。结果表明:共沸精馏隔壁塔工艺过程与常规共沸精馏工艺过程相比,设备费用降低52.52%,年度操作费用节约70.33%,年度总费用降低65.02%。这一研究结果将对化工生产中醇类脱水分离的工业应用具有一定的理论指导意义。
We simulate and optimize the process of conventional two-column azeotropic distillation of n-propanol dehydration using Aspen Plus software.Base on this process,three-column model of azeotropic distillation using dividing wall column process was proposed.We also use Aspen Plus software to simulate and optimize this process.The results show that azeotropic distillation using dividing wall column process is about 52.52%less than the conventional azeotropic distillation process at capital cost,about 70.33%less than the conventional azeotropic distillation process at operating cost,and about 65.02%less than the conventional azeotropic distillation process at total annual cost.The result of this study will have a certain theoretical significance for the industrial application of alcohol dehydration separation in chemical production.
