摘要 通过实验证明在橡胶成型过程中引入振动对于提高橡胶流动性,降低注射压力是有效的。通过振动注射正交试验,建立了注射压力与注射速度、振动参数之间的多元非线性数学模型,从理论上确定了输入参数与输出参数间的影响关系并验证了模型的有效性。 It is proved that it is effective to improve the fluidity of rubber and reduce the injection pressure by introducing vibration in rubber forming.The orthogonal experiment of rubber injection was carried out and the multiple nonlinear mathematical model was established among the injection pressure,the injection velocity and vibration parameters.The relationship between the input parameters and the output parameters was determined theoretically.The validity of the model was verified by experiments.
