中国特色社会主义政治经济学体系创新与新时代逻辑——基于马克思《资本论》的分析框架

Political Economic System Innovation of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and Its Logic for the New Era——Based on the Analytical Framework of Karl Marx's Das Kapital

中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论的发展和创新过程中存在的一个重大问题就是其逻辑起点不明确、逻辑主线不明晰、理论框架不完整。基于马克思《资本论》中分析资本主义经济运行的系统逻辑,以中国特殊利益关系为逻辑起点,以中国特殊利益关系的演变为逻辑主线,以六大利益关系即劳资利益关系、资资利益关系、资本与社会的利益关系、国际利益关系、意识形态的利益博弈关系以及生态利益关系等为理论框架,可构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学的完整理论体系,并系统分析中国特色社会主义进入新时代的理论、历史及现实逻辑。

The major problems existing in the development and innovation of the political economic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristic are the unclear starting point,the vague main line of logic,and the incomplete theoretical framework.Based on the systematic logic in Karl Marx's Das Kapital which analyses the operation mode of capitalist,this paper constructed a complete theoretical system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics taking the special interest relationship in China as the logical starting point,using the evolution of special interest relationship in China as the main line of logic,and combining the six major interest relationships including employee-employer interest relationship,capital-capital interest relationship,capital-society interest relationship,international interest relationship,competitive ideological interest relationship and ecological interest relationship as the theoretical framework.And then the system was applied to systematically analyse the theoretical,historical and realistic logic of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
