“新师范”背景下广东高校师范类专业认证:关系与策略 被引量:31

University Normal Specialty Accreditation in Guangdong Province under the Background of “New Normal University”: Relationships and Strategies

摘要 "新师范"是对原有教师教育的继承与超越,是对当前教师教育的冲击与反应,是未来教师教育的理念与行动。在广东实施"新师范"的背景下,师范类专业认证与"新师范"建设具有内在的逻辑一致性,师范类专业认证通过与教师人才市场准入挂钩、保障专业办学质量、提高专业服务基层教育能力等推动"新师范"的全面实施。要发挥师范类专业认证的作用,还要完善师范类专业认证的实施策略,包括建立专业认证文化、高校完善人才培养机制、政府形成专业认证办学管理机制等。 “New Normal University”is the inheritance and transcendence of original teacher education,the impact and reaction to current teacher education,and the concept and action of future teacher education.Under the background of the implementation of“New Normal University”in Guangdong,the accreditation of teacher education specialty has inherent logic consistency with the construction of“New Normal University”,which promotes the comprehensive implementation of“New Normal University”through linking with teacher talent market access,guaranteeing the quality of professional education and improving the ability of teacher education specialty serving grassroot education.In order to make the accreditation of teacher education specialty work,we still need to improve its implementation strategies,including the establishment of major accreditation culture,the improvement of the talent training mechanism in colleges and universities,and the formation of government management mechanism for specialty accreditation.
