Return and Innovation: Reflections on Teacher Education in the New Era

要建设新时代中国特色的师范教育,必须重新审视传统师范教育和当前的教师教育,回归师范教育的初心,培育师范精神;突出教师职前培养,重视师范教育在整个高等教育中的地位;充分考虑(未来)教师的从教意愿,建设三维立体师范教育创新模式。

To build the normal education with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it is necessary to re-examine traditional teacher education and current teacher education,get the return of the initial heart of teacher education and nurture the teacher education spirit;highlight teacher pre-professional training and attach importance to the status of teacher education in the entire higher education;considering(future)teachers'willingness to teach and build a three-dimensional model of teacher education innovation.
