摘要
[目的]探讨油用向日葵子实含油率与主要农艺性状的相关性和各性状对子实含油率的直接和间接效应。[方法]对49个油用向日葵杂交种(组合)的生育日数(X1)、株高(X2)、茎粗(X3)、叶片数(X4)、花盘直径(X5)、单株粒数(X6)、百粒重(X7)、籽仁率(X8)、结实率(X9)、单株粒重(X10)和子实含油率(Y)进行相关分析和通径分析。[结论]子实含油率与籽仁率呈极显著正相关,与百粒重呈极显著负相关关系。通径分析结果表明,向日葵主要农艺性状对单株产量的直接作用由大到小依次为百粒重、籽仁率、单株粒重、茎粗、叶片数、单株粒数、生育日数、结实率、花盘直径。[结论]高油向日葵新品种的选育过程中应首先关注籽仁率进行选择和调控,同时充分考虑百粒重对子实含油率的负向作用,在可接受的百粒重范围内选择合适的育种材料。
[Objective]To discuss the correlation between seed oil content and agronomic traits of oil-type sunflower hybrids,and the direct and indirect effects of each trait on seed oil content.[Method]Days of growth(X 1),plant height(X 2),stem diameter(X 3),leaves number per plant(X 4),head diameter(X 5),seed number per plant(X 6),hundred seed weight(X 7),kernel rate(X 8),seed-setting percentage(X 9)and oil content of seed(Y)in 49 oil-type sunflower hybrids were studied by correlation analysis and path analysis.[Result]Correlation analysis showed that kernel rate(X 8)and hundred seed weight(X 7)showed extremely significantly positive correlation and extremely significant negative correlation with oil content of seed.The results of path analysis showed that the direct effect of nine traits on the oil content of seed followed the order of hundred seed weight(X 7)>kernel rate(X 8)>seed weight per plant(X 10)>stem diameter(X 3)>leaves number per plant(X 4)>seed number per plant(X 6)>days of growth(X 1)>seed-setting percentage(X 9)>head diameter(X 5).[Conclusion]In the breeding for high oil content of oil-type sunflower hybrids,kernel rate should be selected primarily,the negative effect of hundred seed weight on the seed oil content should also be taken into consideration,and the suitable breeding material should be selected in the acceptable range of hundred seed weight.
