河南省特色小镇建设现状分析与细节把握

Analysis and Grasping the Details of the Current Situation of the Construction of Characteristic Towns in Henan Province

该研究分析了河南省15个特色小镇,发现特色小镇集中于以郑州为中心的黄河沿岸地区、以南阳为中心的豫西南丘陵山区、以周口为中心的豫东南平原地区,且多以文旅项目为主,以产业为主的特色小镇占比较低。笔者认为:未来河南省特色小镇建设应该注重传统村落形象及再塑,充分挖掘已有小镇建设资源;在保护及修复生态资源环境的基础上因势利导,打造地方经济和农村经济新的增长极;寻找环境与经济之间的平衡点,实现产业发展成果共享。

This study analyzes 15 characteristic towns in Henan Province.The characteristic towns are concentrated in the area along the Yellow River with Zhengzhou as the center,the hilly area in the southwest of Henan with Nanyang as the center,and the southeastern plain of Henan with Zhoukou as the center.The cultural tourism project is the main one,and the characteristic towns with industry-based characteristics are relatively low.The author believes that in the future,the construction of characteristic towns in Henan Province should focus on the image and reshaping of traditional villages,fully tap the resources of existing towns,and build a new growth pole for local economy and rural economy based on the protection and restoration of ecological resources;find a balance between the environment and the economy,and realize the sharing of industrial development results.
