乡村振兴战略框架下新型职业农民培育现状·存在问题及对策研究——以山东省莒县为例

Study on the Current Status,Existing Problems and Countermeasures of New Professional Farmers' Cultivation under the Strategic Framework of Rural Revitalization——Taking Juxian County of Anhui Province as an Example

培育新型职业农民是乡村振兴战略中人才振兴的重要举措。从新型职业农民的内涵入手,阐述了莒县新型职业农民培育的现状,分析了当前新型职业农民培育存在的问题,提出了培育新型职业农民要构建"一主多元"的培训体系,采用"三课堂、一跟踪"培育模块,形成"三位一体"培育机制,旨在为乡村振兴战略提供人才支撑。

Cultivating new professional farmers is an important measure to revitalize talents in the rural revitalization strategy.Starting with the connotation of the new type of professional peasants,this paper expounded the current situation of the cultivation of new type of professional farmers in Juxian County,and analyzed the existing problems in the current new professional farmers.And we put forward a training system for cultivating new professional farmers to construct“one main pluralism”,and adopted the“three classrooms and one tracking”cultivation module and fromed“Trinity”cultivation mechanism,so as to provide talent support for rural revitalization strategy.
