新形势下地方高等农业院校学生管理工作的思考

Thinking on the Management of College Students in Local Agricultural Universities under New Situation

分析了当前新形势下我国地方高等农业院校学生管理工作面临的挑战,提出了创新学生管理工作模式的对策,构建了具有高等农业院校特色的学生管理工作体系,以实现学生管理工作模式的创新。

The challenges faced in the management of college students in local agricultural universities under the new situation were analyzed.Some countermeasures for innovating the student management mode were put forward.The student management system with the characteristics of higher agricultural colleges and universities was constructed,so as to realize the innovation of student management mode.
