校园足球骨干教师国家级专项培训模式的创新研究 被引量:1

摘要 以《国家青少年校园足球发展规划纲要》的精神与要求为指导,以提高教师基本理论和教材教法、教学设计能力为核心,针对参训教师的基本现状,以提升参训教师专项能力为目的,采用调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,改进课程体系,创新培训方式。课程设置实行模块化设计,包含基本理论、足球教学设计、足球教材教法、专业课专家讲座、参训教师教学实践观摩研讨、考核等六个模块;培训方式以符合成人学习特点的专题讲座、问题研讨、案例学习、参与式培训、教学观摩分析与教学经验交流等方式展开培训工作。构建实现充分利用教师已有的经验,重视发挥教学案例的情境性作用,以先进理念为前导,以专业能力与方法为主要学习内容,以校园足球教学实践为有效保障,理论与实际相结合的立体式培训模式。 Under the guidance of the"Outline of National Youth School Football Development Plan",focusing on the improvement of teachers'basic theory learning,teaching methods,and teaching design ability,and starting from the perspective of special ability improvement,the research adopts investigation method,document data method,expert interview method and logic induction method to improve the curriculum system and innovate training methods.The curriculum system includes six modules:basic theories,football teaching design,football coursebooks and teaching methods,expert lectures in professional classes,teaching practice,observation and discussion for training teachers,and evaluation;Methods in compliance with adult learning such as seminars,problem study,case studies,participatory training,teaching observation analysis and teaching experience exchange will be employed to conduct the training programme.Consequently,a multidimensional training model is established,in which teachers'previous experience is fully used,the contextual role of teaching cases is emphasized,advanced ideas serve as guides,professional ability and methods constitute major learning contents,campus football teaching practice serves as effective safeguard,and theories are combined with practice.
