Discussion on the stratified teaching structure of police actual combat based on obstructive behavior

结合"后武力"、依法执法、合理执法、安全执法、服务型执法等基本执法理念,对柔性式、语言暴力式、无赖式、轻微暴力式、暴力式妨碍警务执法行为进行分析,在素养层、理论层、基本能力层和实训层四个层面进行探讨,旨在服务于提升警务执法安全性、有效性的警务实战技能教学架构。

Combined with the basic law enforcement concepts of"post-force",law enforcement according to law,reasonable law enforcement,safe law enforcement and service-oriented law enforcement,a variety of behaviors that obstruct police law enforcement including flexible obstruction,verbal violence,rogue,mild violence and violence were analyzed.This paper discussed them on the four levels of literacy,theory,basic ability and practice,aiming at serving police skill teaching framework to improve the security and effectiveness of police law enforcement.
