关于生命道教的几点思考

Reflection on Life Taoism

"生命道教"是以生命认知、生命护养、生命超越为思想内涵的教化理论。它既是一种文化模式,也是一种精神修养模式。"生命道教"之所以成立,存在两大根据:首先是立足于道教本有的"大生命观"。其次,立足于护佑生命平安的精神。在数千年的历史长河中,道教思想主张虽然具有不同侧重点,但把天地万物看作彼此联系的生命存在,这却是一贯的。基于这种生命认识,道教的基本目标就是保护生命平安,进而夺天地之造化,升华人类个体的自我生命境界。基于修行目标,生命道教形成了具有深刻内涵的义理体系,即维护生命、保养生命、升华生命境界。这个体系对于当代社会的价值在于:提供了身国共治的理路,彰显了性命双修的法度,强调了养护环境的工夫。

"Life Taoism"is an edification theory covering life cognition,life care and life transcendence.It is both a cultural and a spiritual cultivating pattern.There are two foundations for establishing"Life Taoism".Firstly,“Life Taoism”is based on the concept of"great life".Secondly,“Life Taoism”aims to protect the security of life.Although Taoism focuses on different aspects,the integrated existence of the universe has always been its concern.Based on this life recognition,the fundamental goal of Taoism is to protect the safety of life,and to transcend the Creation and Transformation as well as to sublimate the individual’s life level.For the goal of practice,Life Taoism forms a theoretical system with profound connotation,which is to maintain life,to cure life and to sublimate life level.As to contemporary society,the value of the theoretical system lies in providing the rational way for managing one’s body and country,the rules of coordinating spiritual and physical life and the efforts to protect the environment.
