摘要
现代木结构建筑是一种节能、环保的建筑,如何对其进行定量分析和评价是研究的重点和难点。笔者首先利用热流计导热仪检测木结构墙体组成材料的导热系数,计算模拟几种不同组合墙体的传热系数,然后采用热箱-热流计法对实体木结构墙体、木结构墙体传热系数进行实测对比研究。研究结果表明:38 mm×89 mm木墙骨的平均传热系数为0.436 W/(m^2·K),38 mm×140 mm木墙骨的平均传热系数为0.355 W/(m^2·K),随着木墙骨规格及保温棉厚度的增加,墙体传热系数逐渐减小。
Modern wooden structure is a kind of energy saving and environmental protection building.How to quantitatively analyze and evaluate it is the key and difficult point.In this paper,the thermal conductivity of the wood structure wall is measured by heat flow thermeter,and the heat transfer coefficient of several different composite walls is calculated.Then the heat transfer coefficient of heat box and heat flow meter is used to compare the heat transfer coefficient of solid wood structure wall and wood structure wall.The results show that the average heat transfer coefficient of 38 mm×89 mm wood wall bone is 0.436 W/(m2·K),and the average heat transfer coefficient of the wood wall bone of 38 mm×140 mm is 0.355 W/(m2·K),the heat transfer coefficient of the wall bone is smaller with the increase of the thickness of the wood wall bone and the insulation cotton.
