摘要
为适应交通运输领域对复合创新型和德才兼备等拔尖创新工程人才的需求,东南大学以创办"茅以升班"为契机和样板,将茅以升教育思想贯穿于交通运输类人才培养全过程,通过多维度课程体系、多路径创新能力培养方案、多元化素养养成机制等方面的举措,经过十年的建设与探索,最终型塑了"知识-能力-素养"协同发展的交通运输类拔尖人才培养模式,产生了一定的示范效应和良好的社会效益。
In order to meet the demands of top compound talents with innovation,ability and integrity in the field of transportation engineering,Southeast University founds Class of Mao Yisheng as a model where the educational thought of Mao Yisheng was inculcated to transportation engineering talents throughout the whole training process.After ten-year exploration and development of the multi-dimensional curriculum system,the multi-path innovation training scheme,the pluralism quality cultivation mechanism and other methods,the cultivating mode of top compound talents with coordinating knowledge,ability and quality in the field of transportation engineering is established.The mode generates not only great social benefits but also strong demonstration effects.
