摘要
在课程改革的不断深化推进的过程中,课程领导也扮演着越来越重要的角色。为此,研究旨在回顾过去20年中香港不同学者对课程领导这一概念的诠释,讨论不同层级的领导者(教育行政管理层、校长及中层课程领导、教师和院校协作伙伴)在学校的日常建设和课程改革中所扮演的角色,总结课程领导在促进学校战略发展和文化建设、课程改革和发展以及教师专业发展和评估等三个方面的重要作用和具体实践。总体而言,协同和合作成为香港课程领导和课程改革的主旋律。这种协同和合作不仅表现在一线教师在应对课程改革要求、提升自身专业素质的过程中实现的共同学习和合作,也表现在各级课程领导者在履行各自职责时的协调和配合。
In the process of deepening curriculum reform,curriculum leadership has been playing an increasingly important role.Therefore,this paper first makes a review of the interpretations of the concept of curriculum leadership by different scholars in Hong Kong in the past 20 years.Then itmakes an analysis of the roles of the leaders at different levels(educational administration,school principals and mid-level curriculum leaders,teachers and collaboration partners)in theschool construction and curriculum reform.Lastly,it makes a summary of the importance and the practices of curriculum leader in promoting the strategic development of schools and their cultural construction,curriculum reform and development,and teacher professional development and assessment.On the whole,collaboration and cooperation,which not only exist among the practitioners in the process of adapting to the requirements of curriculum reform and enhancing their own expertise,but also among the curriculum leaders at different levels in the process of fulfilling their duties,have become the theme of the curriculum leadership and reform in Hong Kong.
