The Promotion of Realistic-need-based Curriculum Construction in Primary and Secondary Schools——Taking Jiyuan of Henan Province as an Example

摘要 新基础教育课程改革以来,课程建设作为促进学校办学品质的重要载体,成为现阶段区域教育教学质量提升的有效途径。基于现实需求,整合各方资源,实施课程建设,建立高师院校指导引领,教育行政部门完善业务服务,中小学校尽责履职的协同工作机制,是区域推动学校课程建设的有效方式。 Since the new basic education curriculum reform,curriculum construction,as an important means to promote the quality of school education,has become an effective way to improve the teaching quality of regional education.To promote the curriculum construction,resources should be pulled together on the basis ofrealisticneeds and a collaborative working mechanism should be established among universities,educational departments and school,with guidance provided by normal universities,enhanced services fromeducationaladministrative departments,and responsibilities fulfilled by schools.
