国内教师污名研究:价值意蕴、主要内容及未来走向 被引量:12

摘要 教师污名作为附于教师身上的侮辱性、贬低性的标签,是他者对教师消极刻板印象的产物。教师污名研究具有重要的实践价值,它有助于克服社会对教师的偏见与歧视,营造尊师重教的社会风尚;有助于摒除教育管理者对教师的刻板化印象,重构强师强教的保障机制;有助于避免教师对自身的自我贬损,落实立德树人的根本任务。国内学者主要从社会学、文化学、心理学、新闻学等学科视角,对教师污名的涵义、表现、危害、成因及对策进行较为深入的研究,但尚存在许多不足。今后相关研究要厘清教师污名基本内涵,探讨教师污名基本理论;重视教师污名研究价值,加大教师污名研究力度;拓展教师污名研究视角,丰富教师污名研究内涵。 Teacher stigma,as an insulting and demeaning label attached to teachers,is the product of others negative stereotype towards teachers.The research on teachers stigma has important practical significance.Itis conduciveto overcome the prejudice and discrimination of the society against teachers,to create the social custom of respecting teachers,to remove the stereotyped impressions of teachers by educational administrators,and toreconstruct the guarantee mechanism of improving teaching and teacher s quality.It also can help teachers to avoid self-deprecation and foster virtue through education.From the perspective of sociology,culturology,psychology,journalism and so on,domestic scholars have made in-depth studies on the meaning,manifestation,harm,causes and countermeasures of teachers stigma,but there are still many areas to be explored.Future studies should clarify the basic connotation of teacher stigma,explore the basic theory,attach more importanceto the value of teacher stigma research,conduct more studies on teacher stigma,expand research perspectives and enrich the connotation of teacher stigma research.
