摘要
研究了量化定义电网固有振荡模式严重程度,采用有效集算法有针对性的优化PSS相频特性的方法。首先阐释了PSS参数工程整定方法的不足,利用实际数据分析了电网运行方式变化、结构变化对振荡模式的影响。其次定义了振荡模式的欠阻尼隶属函数、运行方式概率系数和结构概率系数。然后考虑多个运行方式的固有振荡模式,建立了针对电网固有振荡模式增加附加权重的PSS相频优化目标。最后应用有效集算法对问题进行求解,通过与现有研究方法的理论特性对比和仿真结果对比,证实了本文参数优化方法的有效性。所提出的PSS相频特性优化方法对提高电网动态稳定特性具有参考价值。
This paper studied the method for targeted optimization of PSS phase-frequency characteristics with active-set algorithm and defined the severity degree of inherent oscillation modes.Firstly,the paper elucidated deficiencies of engineering PSS parameters setting method and analyzed the influence of grid structure change and load rate variation on oscillation modes by using actual power grid data.Secondly,the under-damped membership function,load probability coefficient and structure probability coefficient were defined.Considering the inherent oscillation mode of multiple-operation,the PSS phase-frequency optimization goal was established with a view to adding additional weight to the inherent oscillation mode.Finally,the problem was solved by adopting active-set algorithm.By comparing with the present theory characteristics and simulation results,the proposed parameter optimization method was verified.The PSS phase-frequency parameters optimization method in this paper can provide a reference for the improvement of power grid dynamic stability.
