风电-循环流化床-热电联产机组联合优化调度 被引量:5

摘要 并网发电机组整体的调峰调频能力影响着电网消纳风电负荷的能力,火电机组在一定时期内仍然是补偿风电的首选。但主流的普通煤粉锅炉机组,其调峰调频能力难以达到要求。对比发现,循环流化床机组调峰能力优良但调频能力差,而热电联产机组调峰能力差但调频能力优良。对此,将同一发电集团的风电场同循环流化床锅炉机组、热电联产机组组成一个联合调度体,并分析了不同调度模式下的整体收益,探究了循环流化床锅炉机组调峰能力对热电设备的替代效用。算例分析表明,在消纳风电量相同的条件下,所提模型经济性要高于热电设备消纳方案。 The peak regulation and frequency modulation of grid-connected generators affects the ability of the grid to absorb wind power loads.Thermal power unit is still the first choice for compensating wind power for a certain period.However,the common pulverized coal boiler units have difficulty in meeting requirements of peak regulation and frequency modulation.It was found in comparison that the circulating fluidized bed unit is excellent at peak regulation but inferior in frequency modulation,while the performance of cogeneration units is the opposite.Therefore,the research combined the wind farm with circulating fluidized bed boiler units and cogeneration units that of the same power generation group to form a joint dispatcher.Then analyzed the overall benefits under different dispatch modes and explored the alternative effectiveness of the peak regulation capacity of the circulating fluidized bed boiler units to the thermoelectric equipment.The analysis shows that if the wind power accommodation is same,the proposed model will be more economic than the thermoelectric equipment.
