提出基于三维地理信息系统,搭建三维GIS消防可视化分析一张图基础平台,实现建筑三维单体的快速加载和相关数据的立体展示。总结分析三维GIS智慧消防平台设计关键技术,如GIS三维建模技术、三维消防地理信息系统等。以作战指挥平台为例,介绍GIS三维消防可视化作战指挥平台应具有的功能,如二维、三维地理信息的无缝对接、过火单位信息的集成、作战指挥、远程辅助决策、内嵌火灾模型等。

The idea of building one picture 3D GIS fire visualization basic platform based on 3D GIS was proposed,to achieve the fast load of 3D single building and the stereoscopic display of related data.Key technology of 3D GIS intelligent fire platform was sum.marized,including 3D modeling technology,3D fire GIS.Taking the Combat command platform as an example,function of 3D fire visualization combat command platform was introduced,such as the seamless docking of 2D and 3D GIS,integration of the informa.tion of unit on fire,combat command,long-range decision sup.port,and build-in fire model.
