摘要
承插压合式连接是在卡压式及环压式连接的基础上进行技术革新的一种全新连接方式,具有安装简便高效、施工成本低、使用寿命长等特点。为及时跟踪国内外最新研究成果,吸收新型技术在消防领域中的应用,系统调研了国内外消防给水系统用不锈钢管的应用现状,总结了国内外相关标准关于不锈钢管连接方式的相关要求,分析了承插压合式连接方式的技术性能及在使用过程中存在的主要问题,并在试验研究和工程应用示范的基础上,提出了消防给水系统采用承插压合式不锈钢管的技术要求。
Socket pressing connection is a new type of connection which is innovated on the basis of clamping and ring-pressing con.nection.It has the characteristics of simple installation,high effi.ciency,low construction cost and long service life.In order to fol.low up the latest research results at home and abroad and absorb the new technology into fire fighting field,the application status of stainless steel pipes used in fire fighting water supply systems at home and abroad was investigated systematically.The require.ments for stainless steel pipe connection modes in relevant stan.dards at home and abroad were summarized,and the technical per.formance and problems in application of socket pressing connection was analyzed.On the basis of experimental study and engineering application demonstration,the technical requirement of using sock.et pressing connection stainless steel pipe in fire water supply sys.tem was put forward.
