新时代云南省红河州水土保持规划布局探讨

Discussion on layout of soil and water conservation planning for Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan Province in new era

新时代红河州水土保持工作在云南省区域战略中占有重要位置。在全国水土保持规划、全省水土保持规划的基础上,结合红河州现状提出了"一核两翼三带"水土流失防治总体格局,进行水土保持五级区划划分,并提出了各分区水土流失防治方向,拟定了水土保持重点预防范围和重点治理范围。研究结果可为河州市级水土保持规划布局提供参考,同时也可为红河州开展水土流失防治、推动生态文明建设、促进可持续发展提供技术支撑和保障。

Soil and water conservation in Honghe Prefecture plays a critical role in regional strategic planning for Yunnan Province in the new era.Based on the national and provincial soil and water conservation planning,"one core,two wings,and three belts"initiative,an overall layout for soil and water loss control was put forward according to the present situation in Honghe Prefecture.The initiative includes dividing the five-level zoning of soil and water conservation,putting forward the direction of prevention and control of soil and water loss for each zone,and mapping out the key scopes of prevention and control of soil and water loss.The planning results could provide references for sustainable development,ecological construction and soil and water conservation of Honghe Prefecture.
