立式蒸压釜卸料装置分析与优化 被引量:1

摘要 针对过热蒸汽褐煤干燥用某型号立式蒸压釜在实际使用卸料时所遇到的问题,对卸料机构提出了结构上的改进方案,通过ANSYS有限元软件,对改进后的结构进行热力耦合分析,得到蒸压釜整体的应力分布情况,然后选取受力集中的锥形板和销轴进行重点分析。分析结果表明:新结构能满足正常卸料的使用要求,应力强度评定结果显示立式蒸压釜改进后的卸料机构关键受力零件符合使用规范且安全余量较大,改进后对卸料的操作性加强,卸料的稳定性和安全性得到提高,卸料时的堵塞现象得到改善。 Based on the problem of one vertical steam autoclave when unloading,the structure improvement program of Unloading mechanism has been proposed.The bodily stress distribution of the steam autoclave has been attained through thermo-mechanical coupled technology with the FEM software ANSYS,and then this article analyzed the force-concentrated pyramidal panel and pin roll with emphasis.The results shows that the new structure can meet the use requirements of normal discharging.The assessment of stress intensity shows that the major force components of the improved discharging mechanism of the vertical steam autoclave conform to conventions of usage and the safety margin is large.After the improvements,the operability of discharging has been strengthened,and the stability and the safety of charging has been improved.At the same time,the blocking phenomenon has also been improved.
