摘要
为实验分析切割液动力黏度、磨粒粒径和供浆速度对锯丝吸附有效磨粒影响规律和对切割效率的影响,搭建吸附实验平台和切割实验平台,采用单因素分析方法分别进行实验研究。吸附实验结果表明:随着供浆速度的增大,有效磨粒先逐渐增加后减少;随着切割液动力黏度的减小,有效磨粒越来越多;随着磁性磨粒粒径的增大,有效磨粒越来越多。切割实验结果表明:随着供浆速度的增大,切割效率先增大后变缓;随着切割液动力黏度的减小,切割效率先增加后减小;随着磁性磨粒粒径的增大,工件的切割效率也逐渐增加,但切缝也随之增大。
To analysis the effects of the experimental parameters including cutting fluid dynamic viscosity,the size of the magnetic abrasive and the speed of slurry supply on the absorption regularity of effective abrasive and the cutting efficiency of wire saw,the adsorption and cutting experimental platforms were built up.Then the experimental research was done using single factor analysis method.The adsorption experimental results show that the effective abrasive gradually increases and then decreases slightly as the speed of slurry supply increases.The number of effective abrasive increases with the decrease of the dynamic viscosity of the cutting fluid.The number of effective abrasive increases with the increase of the particle size of the magnetic abrasive.The cutting experimental results show that the cutting efficiency increases quickly and then slows down as the speed of slurry supply increases.The cutting efficiency increases firstly and then decreases with the decrease of the dynamic viscosity of the cutting fluid.With the increase of the size of the magnetic abrasive,the cutting efficiency increases gradually,and the cutting seam also increases.
