摘要
以介孔KIT-6为载体,采用水热法和(3-巯基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)官能化制备了Nb-KIT6-Pr-SO3H固体酸催化剂,利用X射线衍射、比表面积测试和傅里叶红外光谱等技术对固体酸催化剂物理化学性质进行了表征,并考察其纤维素水解制乳酸反应性能。结果表明,Nb-KIT6-Pr-SO3H催化剂对纤维素水解反应具有较高的催化活性和稳定性;在纤维素与催化剂的质量比为2、210℃、5 MPa N2、1h反应条件下,纤维素的转化率为85.5%,乳酸产率18.4%;催化剂循环使用4次,无明显失活。该研究结果有助于生物质衍生物催化转化高效催化体系的构建设计。
The Nb-KIT6-Pr-SO 3H solid acid catalyst was prepared via hydrothermal method using mesoporous KIT-6 as support and(3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane(MPTMS)as functional reagent.The physical and chemical properties of prepared catalyst were characterized by XRD,BET and FT-IR.The catalytic performance of Nb-KIT6-Pr-SO 3H to converse of cellulose into lactic acid was extensively investigated.The experimental results showed that the Nb-KIT6-Pr-SO 3H catalyst exhibited high activity and stability in catalytic hydrolyzing reaction of cellulose.Under the optimal conditions(2/1 mass ratio of cellulose to catalyst,210℃,5 MPa N 2 and 1 h),the conversion efficiency of cellulose and the yield of lactic acid were high up to 85.5%and 18.4%,respectively.The catalytic activity of Nb-KIT6-Pr-SO 3H catalyst was almost not changed after reused for four times.This study is beneficial to develop catalysts with excellent catalytic efficiency to converse of biomass into high-value products.
