石墨和玻纤共掺杂增强聚苯硫醚/聚酰胺酰亚胺共混材料性能 被引量:2

Properties of polyphenylene sulfide/polyamide imide(PPS/PAI)composites reinforced by graphite and glass fiber

摘要 通过机械高速混合、冷压和烧结成型制备了不同质量分数的石墨(CB,0~20%)和玻纤(GF,0~40%)填充的CB/PPS/PAI、GF/PPS/PAI及CB/GF/PPS/PAI共混材料。测试了不同样品的摩擦磨损性能、力学性能和表面形貌。结果表明,添加10%石墨的PPS/PAI共混材料的摩擦磨损性能得到改善,摩擦系数由0.41降至0.32,下降了22%;磨损量从0.018g/h降至0.012g/h,下降了33%。添加20%玻纤的PPS/PAI共混材料的力学性能得到改善,拉伸强度由60 MPa升至75 MPa,上升了25%;冲击强度由4.5kJ/m2升至5.7kJ/m2,上升了27%。结果说明10%石墨与20%玻纤共掺杂得到的PPS/PAI共混材料综合性能最佳。 CB/PPS/PAI,GF/PPS/PAI and CB/GF/PPS/PAI blends filled with different mass fractions of graphite(CB,0-20%)and glass fiber(GF,0-40%)were prepared by mechanical high-speed mixing,cold pressing and sintering.The tribological properties,mechanical properties and surface morphology of different samples were tested.The results showed that the friction and wear properties of PPS/PAI blends doped with 10%graphite were improved,and the friction coefficient decreased from 0.41 to 0.32 by 22%,while the wear loss decreased from 0.018 g/h to 0.012 g/h by 33%.The mechanical properties of PPS/PAI blends doped with 20%glass fibers were improved,and the tensile strength increased from 60 to 75 MPa by 25%,while the impact strength increased from 4.5 to 5.7 kJ/m 2 by 27%.The results indicated that PPS/PAI blend co-doped with 10%graphite and 20%glass fiber has the best comprehensive properties.
