摘要
目的运用改良德尔菲法构建医学生人文社会素养评价指标体系,明确医学生应具备的医学人文社会素养.方法通过理论分析、文献回顾、查阅相关政策、职业规范等方法初步拟定了医学生人文社会素养评价指标体系,并在此基础上经过两轮的专家咨询确定了指标体系的内容.结果确定了由3个1级指标、21个2级指标组成的指标体系.结论本研究构建出了一套较为完整、可靠的医学生人文社会素养评价指标体系,明确了医学生应具备的医学人文社会素养的具体条目,对培养医学生的医学人文社会素养和以指标体系为导向完善医学人文课程体系都有一定意义.
Researches have been done to establish an evaluation index system of medical students humanities and social quality and to define the humanities and social literacy that medical students should possess based on modified Delphi method.Firstly,we have formulated an initial system on the basis of theoretical analysis,literature review,review of related policies and occupational norms.Then,after two rounds of expert consultation,the content of the index system has been determined.The evaluation index system of medical students humanities and social quality has been established,which included 3 indexes at the first level and 21 indexes at the second level.It is concluded that the study established a complete and credible evaluation index system of medical students humanities and social quality,clarified specific items of humanities and social literacy that medical students should possess.It is of great significance to cultivate medical students humanities and social quality and to improve the medical humanities curriculum system guided by the index system.
