Effect of WeChat Intervention on Glycemic Control in Diabetic Patients:Meta-analysis

目的探讨微信干预对糖尿病患者血糖控制的干预效果。方法2017年10月,检索中国学术文献总库(Chinese na tional knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库(Chinese biomedical literature database,CBM)等中文数据库以及Pubmed、CINAHL、Web of Science、Elsevier Science Direct、Cochrane Library等英文数据库中有关微信干预用于糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)。检索时间均为建库至2017年8月。由两位评价员独立进行文献筛选和资料提取,分歧通过协商或第三方解决,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据处理和分析。结果共纳入12个研究,计1087例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与常规护理相比,基于微信平台的护理干预使试验组患者的糖化血红蛋白[MD=-1.12,95%CI(-1.41,-0.83),P<0.05)]、空腹血糖[MD=-1.60,95%CI(-1.99,-1.22),P<0.05]、餐后2h血糖[MD=-2.33,95%CI(-2.98,-1.68),P<0.05]在干预后第3个月和第6个月时水平显著降低。结论基于微信平台的互动干预方式,能有效改善糖尿病患者血糖控制效果,延缓并发症,有助于提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of WeChat intervention on glycemic control in diabetic patients.Methods The Chinese national knowledge infrastructure,Wanfang database,Chinese biomedical literature database,Pubmed,CINAHL,Web of Science,Elsevier Science Direct and Cochrane Library were searched from inception to August 2017.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)related to the effect of WeChat intervention on glycemic control in diabetes patients at home and abroad were retrieved by two evaluators.RevMan 5.3 software was used for data processing and analysis.Results A total of 12 studies were included,with a total of 1087 patients.Meta analysis showed that compared with conventional nursing,nursing intervention based on WeChat platform significantly reduced the levels of patients'HbA1c[MD=-1.12,95%CI(-1.41,-0.83),P<0.05],fasting blood glucose[MD=-1.60,95%CI(-1.99,-1.22),P<0.05]and 2 h postprandial blood glucose[MD=-2.33,95%CI(-2.98,-1.68),P<0.05]at the 3rd and 6th month after WeChat intervention.Conclusions The interactive intervention based on WeChat platform can effectively improve the glycemic control of diabetic patients,delay complications and improve the quality of life.
