船舶推进永磁同步电机参数在线辨识方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 永磁同步电机(PMSM)因其优良的转矩特性和宽广的调速范围而广泛应用于船舶电力推进领域。无位置传感器控制是系统可靠运行的重要保障。然而由于温度变化、磁场饱和效应和磁路交叉耦合作用,电机参数会随运行工况而发生变化,因此实时掌握PMSM运行参数是决定系统控制质量的重要保障。针对以上问题,将模型参考自适应法用于PMSM参数的在线辨识,运用Runge-Kutta方法建立满秩可调模型,依据Popov超稳定性定理推导出自适应律,最后利用搭建的试验测试平台进行算法的试验验证。仿真和试验结果表明提出的在线参数辨识算法可以准确、实时地辨识出电机参数。 Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)was widely used in the field of ship electric propulsion because of its excellent torque characteristics and wide speed range.The sensorless control was an important guarantee for the reliable operation of the system.However,the parameters of the motor would change with the operating conditions due to the temperature change,the magnetic saturation effect and the cross coupling of the magnetic circuit.Therefore,real-time control of operating parameters of PMSM was an important guarantee for the control quality of the system.In view of the above problems,the model reference adaptive system was used to identify the parameters of PMSM.The full rank adjustable model was established by using the Runge-Kutta method.The adaptive law was derived based on the Popov super stability theorem.Finally,the experimental test platform was used to verify the algorithm.The simulation and experimental results showed that the on-line parameter identification algorithm could identify the motor parameters accurately in real time.
