骨髓间充质干细胞旁分泌:在血管生成、免疫及炎症调整方面的作用 被引量:9

摘要 背景:尽管骨髓间充质干细胞具有分化为不同类型组织细胞的能力,但越来越多的证据表明骨髓间充质干细胞可能是通过其旁分泌的众多因子来调节受损组织的修复过程。目的:综述骨髓间充质干细胞的旁分泌作用及其在骨科领域的研究进展。方法:检索Web of Science和PubMed数据库中关于骨髓间充质干细胞旁分泌作用及在骨科应用的相关文献,并进行系统的归纳总结和分析,最终得到49篇相关文献。结果与结论:研究已经证明骨髓间充质干细胞分泌的生物活性物质在血管生成、免疫和炎症调节方面发挥重要作用,有望成为治疗骨相关疾病的新型疗法。 BACKGROUND:Although bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have the inherent ability to differentiate into different types of tissue cells,there is increasing evidence that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells may regulate the repair process of damaged tissues through a variety of paracrine factors.OBJECTIVE:To review the progress in the paracrine effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in orthopedics.METHODS:A search of Web of Science and PubMed was performed for articles regarding the paracrine effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in orthopedics.Then,49 eligible articles were included after systematical summarization and analysis.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Studies have shown that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells play a vital role in the angiogenesis,immunoregulation,and inflammatory regulation,which is expected to be a new therapy for bone diseases.
