探究社会环境新变化对高校图书馆专业馆员职业能力的影响。文章运用文献调查法、内容分析法、环境扫描法,对高校图书馆专业馆员职业能力的发展现状,及其所处社会环境的宏观层面与微观层面进行研究,指出高校图书馆专业馆员职业能力发展的未来趋势。

This paper explored the impact of new changes in social environment on professional competency of academic librarians.Using the literature survey,content analysis,and environment scanning,it investigated the status quo of professional competency development of academic librarians,the social environment for academic librarians professional competency on both macro and micro levels,thus further suggested the future trend of professional competency development of academic librarians.
