盐碱地不同柳枝稷品种的生理特性 被引量:12

摘要 在宁夏银北盐碱地区,以11个柳枝稷(Panicum virgatum)品种为供试材料,通过田间试验研究了柳枝稷的生理适应性。结果表明,柳枝稷各时期不同生理指标变化趋势不一致,柳枝稷叶片电导率在返青期最高,SPAD值在抽穗期最大,可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在灌浆期最高,脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性在拔节期达最大值,并且品种之间差异明显。抽穗期、开花期不同柳枝稷品种生理指标差异较大,可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛含量最高值分别是最低值的8.76、2.54、4.65倍。Cave-in-Rock和NewYork品种SPAD值和渗透调节物质含量均较高,表现出较强的生理适应性;Trailblazer、Japan和Nebraska 28这3个品种渗透调节物质含量较高,生理适应性中等;Alamo、Forestberg、Black Well、Ansai、Pathfinder、Kanlow这6个品种CAT活性较低,其他指标中等,生理适应性一般。 Field trials were conducted to investigate the physiological adaptability of 11 switchgrass varieties in saline-alkali land in the Ningxia Yinbei region.The results revealed obvious differences in physiological characteristics among switchgrass varieties.Switchgrass conductivity was highest at the returning green stage,whereas the Soil and Plant Analyzer Development(SPAD)value reached the maximum at the heading stage.The soluble sugar content,malonaldehyde content,SOD activity,and CAT activity were highest at the filling stage.The maximum proline content and POD activity were achieved at the jointing stage.The difference between varieties was obvious during the heading and flowering stages,at which time the highest values of soluble sugar,proline,and malonaldehyde were 8.76,2.54,and 4.65 times the lowest values,respectively.‘Cave-in-Rock’and‘New York’had high SPAD value and osmotic adjustment substance content and exhibited strong physiological adaptability.‘Trailblazer’,‘Japan’and‘Nebraska 28’had high osmotic adjustment substance content and exhibited moderate physiological adaptability.‘Alamo’,‘Forestberg’,‘Black Well’,‘Ansai’,‘Pathfinder’,and‘Kanlow’had low CAT activity and medium values for other parameters and exhibited common physiological adaptability.
