摘要 为了研究静电雾化切削的雾化形态,搭建静电雾化平台与显微成像系统,进行微量去离子水和植物性润滑油LB2000静电雾化雾化试验,分析电压和流量对雾化形态的影响,并利用Ansoft Maxwell软件建立了静电雾化静电场有限元模型,分析电压对喷嘴出口处场强分布的影响,探讨电压对静电雾化形态的影响机理.结果表明:在静电雾化过程中,雾化呈现滴状、脉动、锥射流及不稳定等模式.发现锥射流是适合用于切削加工冷却润滑的静电雾化模式,获得了射流可喷射至切削刃的该模式的电压与流量范围,研究结果为静电雾化切削的实际应用提供依据. The electrostatic atomization platform and microscopic imaging system are built,a trace of deionized water and vegetable oil LB2000 electrostatic atomization experiment is carried out,the effects of voltage and flow of atomized form are studied,the finite element model of electrostatic atomization in electrostatic field is established using Ansoft Maxwell software,the effect of voltage on the field distribution at the nozzle outlet is analyzed and the mechanism of voltage effect on the morphology of electrostatic atomization is discussed.The results show that in the process of electrostatic atomization,the atomization presents the patterns of droplets,pulsations,conical jets and instability.It is found that the cone jet is suitable for cutting and cooling,and the electrostatic spray mode is achieved.The voltage and flow range of the jet that can be injected to the cutting edge is obtained,which provides a basis for the practical application of electrostatic atomization.
