Network Society and Its Governance from the Perspective of Activism

网络信息技术的发展与全球化、后工业化的历史进程造就了一个具有网络结构的社会,促使整个社会从"中心—边缘"的线性结构转化为平等开放的网络结构,继而促使整个社会的流动性、复杂性与"去中心化"趋势不断增强。面对无国界、无边界并融合了公共领域、私人领域与日常生活领域的网络社会,以往制度主义导向的社会治理模式呈现出诸多不适。应从社会治理变革的角度出发,积极建构一种适应网络社会的治理模式。

The rapid development of network information technology in the world has not only changed the production and life style of human completely,but also brought human into the new historical journey of globalization and post-industrialization.The development of network information technology and the historical process of globalization and post-industrialization have created a society with network structure,which has promoted the whole society transform from the linear structure of"center-edge"to the network structure of equality and openness,and eventually promoted the trend of liquidity,complexity and"decentralization"of the whole society.In the network society without borders and boundaries,which integrated the public,private and daily life fields,the former institutionalism oriented social governance model has shown a lot of inapplicability.This requires us to construct a new governance model adapted to the network society.
