宁夏葡萄酒产业转型中政府职能实证研究

Empirical study on government functions in Ningxia wine industrial transformation

宁夏葡萄酒产业在30多年中取得了快速的发展,政府在葡萄酒产业发展过程中一直扮演举足轻重的角色。目前宁夏政府正积极打造品牌,促进产业转型,然而学术研究中关于政府职能在葡萄酒产业发展的作用十分欠缺。为了填补目前国内此类研究的匮乏,此研究通过收集、分析宁夏葡萄产业的数据,研究政府职能在葡萄酒转型过程中作用,可以有效通过文化培育、公共设施和政策以提高产区品牌影响,而政府职能在促进酒庄经济绩效的作用不明显,此研究意为抛砖引玉,希望更多的关于葡萄酒产业的研究能够聚焦到政府职能上。

Ningxia wine industry has achieved rapid growth in more than 30 years,and local governments have played a pivotal role in the development of the wine industry.Currently,Ningxia government is striving to build brand and promote industrial transformation for the wine industry,however the research on the roles of government functions played in wine industry was rare.In order to fill up the research deficiency in China,the functions of government in wine transformation process were researched by collecting and analysing the data of Ningxia wine industry.The research showed that government functions could effectively enhance the brand impact of production areas by focusing on regional wine culture cultivation,regional public facilities construction and supporting policies.The performance of the government in promoting wine industry economic effect is not obvious.This research intended to shed light on that more research on the wine industry would focus on government functions.
