摘要
红曲在我国应用历史悠久,分布广泛,其中又以福建红曲最为著名。但目前福建红曲产业面临生产技术水平不高、产品研发创新不足等等问题,导致产业发展受阻。该文分析了福建省红曲产业发展的现状、发展潜力及所面临的问题,并从企业应对策略、政府引导扶持、产学研合作交流三方面提出对策,助力福建红曲产业的传承与发展。
Hong Qu has a long history in China and is widely distributed.The most famous one is Fujian Hong Qu.However,the Fujian Hong Qu industry is currently facing problems such as low level of production technology and insufficient research and development innovation,which has hindered industrial development.In this paper,the current development status of Hong Qu industry in Fujian Province was analyzed,the development potential of Hong Qu industry in Fujian Province and the confronting problems were sum up,and countermeasures were proposed from three aspects:enterprise countermeasures,government guidance and support,industry-university-research cooperation and exchange,in order to promote the inheritance and development of Fujian Hong Qu industry.
