摘要 为减少焊接烟尘对人体的危害,必须考虑降低焊接时的发尘率,并减少烟尘中有毒成分的含量和危害性,而焊接材料正是影响焊接发尘率和烟尘成分的关键因素。针对GMAW焊接材料对焊接烟尘形成的影响,分别综述了焊丝和保护气体成分对焊接发尘率的影响、焊接烟尘微观形貌特征和成分以及焊接烟尘的形成过程,并进一步阐述了基于数值模拟的焊接烟尘形成机理的分析方法。 In order to decrease the damage of welding fume to the human health,it was necessary to reduce the fume formation rate(FFR)and minimize the amount and harmfulness of toxic components in welding fume.The welding consumable is the key factor that determined the FFR and the welding fume composition.Aimed at the welding consumables in GMAW impacted on the formation of welding fume,the influence of welding wire and shielding gas on FFR,the microscopic morphological characteristics,chemical component and forming process of welding fume were summarized,respectively.Furthermore,the analysis method of forming mechanism of welding fume was described based on numerical simulation in this paper.
