从葛兰西文化领导权理论看中国共产党文化治理能力

From Gramsci's Theory of Cultural Leadership to See the Cultural Governance Ability of the Communist Party of China

意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作,新时代提升中国共产党文化治理能力现代化水平,应当巩固无产阶级领导地位,维护我国意识形态安全,加强社会主义文化领导权建设。根据葛兰西文化领导权理论的实质及实现,主要通过"阵地战""运动战"等方式,培养有机知识分子,以削弱或"蚕食"资产阶级文化在意识形态的领导权,进而实现无产阶级掌握文化在意识形态领域的领导权。提升中国共产党的文化治理能力现代化水平,理应梳理葛兰西文化领导权理论及其国内研究状况,深刻认识我国文化领导权的现状和意识形态领导权的实质及实现,提出中国共产党文化治理能力现代化水平的合理化建议。

Ideological work is an extremely important work of the Party.In order to upgrade the modernization level of the cultural governance capability of the Communist Party of China in the new era,we should consolidate the leadership position of the proletariat and safeguard the ideological security of our country,and strengthen the construction of socialist cultural leadership.According to the essence and realization of Gramsci's theory of cultural leadership,organic intellectuals are cultivated mainly through"positional warfare"and"mobile warfare"to further weaken or"encroach"the leadership of bourgeois culture in ideology,thus realizing the proletarian's mastery of cultural leadership in ideology.In order to improve the modernization level of the CPC's cultural governance capability,we should sort out Gramsci's theory of cultural leadership and its domestic research situation,deeply understand the current situation of China's cultural leadership and the essence and realization of ideological leadership,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the modernization level of the CPC's cultural governance capability.
