The difficulty in building a well-off society in an all-round way is in the western regions and ethnic areas.The achievements of a comprehensive well-off society should be shared by all ethnic groups.This thesis takes Pu'er City as an example to explore the problem of building a well-off society in a nationwide area from an academic perspective,and analyzes the advantages,opportunities and constraints of Pu'er City's decision to build a well-off society in an all-round way,and explores the path of building a well-off society in the frontier minority areas.
