五区叠加背景下人才需求与创业教育对接研究

发挥五区叠加的政策优势,实现三海跨越、完成五个新区的历史任务的关键是人才优先发展。本项目通过研究福建省十三五规划和五个新区的产业规划,提炼出自贸区、现代服务业、主导产业、战略新兴产业和互联网经济的创新型人才需求与创业教育的对接内容,为应用型大学人才培养计划提供参考建议。

The key to take advantage of the superiority of the Superimposed Policy of the Five New Districts,spanning development of the Channel&Marine economy,the completion of the historical task of the Five New Districts is to give priority to the development of talents.Based on the study of the 13th Five-Year Plan of Fujian Province and the industrial planning of the five new districts,this project discusses the demand for innovative talents and the content of entrepreneurship education in free trade zone,modern service industry,leading industry,strategic emerging industry and internet economy so as to provide a reference for talent training programs in applied universities.
