摘要
"卓越教师"的提出为我国幼儿教育师资力量的培养与提升明确了方向。学前教育专业作为幼儿教师培育的主要基地,自然需要在专业教育中贯彻落实"卓越教师"战略。文章从此出发,首先分析了"卓越教师"背景下学前教育专业培养内容,包括师识、师能、师德三个层面的内容,继而探讨了当前学前教育专业培养中存在的问题,最后从"卓越教师"背景就如何构建有效的学前教育专业培养模式提出了相应的策略,包括树立卓越理念、增加实训机会、加强课程建设、夯实师资建设等。
The proposal of"excellent teacher"clarifies the direction for the cultivation and improvement of education teaching staff in China.Preschool education major,as the main base for the cultivation of preschool teachers,naturally needs to implement the"excellent teacher"strategy in its professional education.From this,the thesis firstlyanalyzes the cultivation contents of preschool education major under the background of"excellent teacher"program from three aspects including teacher's knowledge,teacher's ability,teacher's ethics.And then discusses the current problems existing in professional cultivation of preschool education major,and finally put forward the corresponding strategieson how to build effective preschool education professional training mode under the"excellent teacher"program background,including setting up excellent ideas,increasing the chances of practical training,strengthening the construction of courses,strengthening teaching construction,etc.
