民办高校辅导员队伍建设路径分析

我国民办院校辅导员教师是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是高等学校从事德育工作,开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。党中央、国务院、教育部高度重视辅导员队伍建设工作,我国每所民办高校由于办学的特殊性质、学生生源情况的多样性、学生管理工作的复杂性等现实情况,应重视辅导员队伍建设,从政策层面、制度设计到具体工作措施中,都应展开积极探索,国家也应加大扶持力度,探索出完善的辅导员教师队伍建设路径。

As an important part of the teachers'team in Chinese privately-run universities,the counselors are the backbones of moral education as well as ideological and political education,and the guide for college students to develop healthily.The Party Central Committee,the State Council,and the Ministry of Education highlight the counselors’team construction.Every Chinese privately-run college should pay attention to the construction of counselors due to its special nature of running schools,its diversified student resources,and its complex student management.Active exploration should be carried out on levels of policy-making,system design as well as specific measures.What’s more,national financial support should also be enhanced to explore a complete path for counselors’team construction.
