以OBE理念完善我国高校国际经济与贸易专业人才培养的思考

Thoughts on Perfecting the Talent Cultivation of International Economics and Trade in China's Colleges and Universities Based on OBE Concept

我国对外贸易转型升级的推进,需要高校培养的外贸人才不仅仅具备基本的进出口业务操作能力,还需要具备更高级的国际商务拓展能力。但目前我国高校国际经济与贸易专业所培养的人才往往满足不了这个要求,需要运用OBE理念,通过强化国际商务拓展能力目标、构建与培养目标相匹配的课程体系和调整教学策略等措施来完善现行人才培养模式。

In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's foreign trade,it is necessary for universities to train foreign trade talents not only with import and export business operation ability,but also with an advanced ability to expand interna-tional business.However,at present,the talents trained by the international economic and trade major in China's universities are not able to meet this requirement.It is necessary to use OBE concept to perfect the current talent training mode by strengthening the goal of developing ability to expand international business,building a curriculum system that matches the training objective and ad-justing the teaching strategy.
