摘要 学术界对"数学文化"的概念有广义和狭义两种理解:广义的理解包括数学的知识系统和观念系统两个层面;狭义的理解仅指数学的观念系统。数学文化建设包括三个环节:一是坚持开展数学文化的研究;二是继续深化数学文化的教育;三是努力加强数学文化的普及。这三个环节是相互依存的关系:坚持研究是积累数学文化成果的过程,也是开展数学文化教育和普及的需要;开展教育和普及,又是开展数学文化研究的目的和价值之所在。 There are two understandings of the concept of"mathematical culture"in academic circles.In a broad sense,the mathematics culture includes the knowledge system and the concept system of mathematics.In a narrow sense,mathematical culture refers only to the conceptual system of mathematics.The construction of mathematics culture includes three contents:one is to insist on the study of mathematics culture;the other is to continue to deepen the education of mathematics culture;the third is to strive to strengthen the popularization of mathematics culture.These three contents are interdependent:insisting on research is the process of accumulating mathematical and cultural achievements and also the need to carry out mathematics culture education and popularization;and carrying out education and popularization is the purpose and value of developing mathematical culture research.
