摘要
采用高吸水树脂(SAP)作为内养护材料,研究了SAP掺量和额外引水倍数对高性能混凝土水化程度、28 d抗压强度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:SAP能提高混凝土的水化程度,且水化程度随SAP增加而增加;混凝土的耐磨性和28 d抗压强度随SAP掺量和额外引水倍数的增加而先增大后减少;原因是少量的SAP能减少混凝土干缩裂缝,改善界面区结构,提高骨料和胶凝材料之间的粘结力,但SAP掺量太大会减小混凝土受压有效面积从而降低耐磨性和强度,因此需要合理设计SAP掺量。
Super Absorbent Polymer(SAP)was used as internal-curing material of concrete.The effect of SAP dosage and additional amount of water on the hydration degree,28-day compressive strength and abrasion resistance of SAP-HPC was studied in this paper.The results show that SAP can improve the hydration degree of concrete and hydration degree increases with SAP dosage increasing.Compressive strength and resistance of concrete increase first and then decrease with the the increase of SAP dosage and additional amount of water.The reason for this is that a small amount of SAP increases the strength and degree of hydration of concrete,reduces the shrinkage cracks,improves the structure of the interface zone and enhances the Adhesion between aggregate and cementitious materials.However,if the SAP dosage is too high,the effective compressive area and abrasion resistance of concrete will be reduced.Therefore,we need to design a reasonable SAP dosage in order to improve the concrete.
