摘要 为获取不同行驶状态下轮胎与沥青路面之间应力响应特征,鉴于ABAQUS中提供的稳态滚动研究模块,建立了轮胎-路面-路基结构一体化的三维有限元计算模型,考虑了轮胎的稳态滚动和路基回弹模量的应力相关性。通过设置轮轴的平动速度和轮胎的转动速度来实现车辆的牵引、制动及侧滑,研究了自由滚动和全加速滑移状态下,摩擦系数对轮胎路面之间应力响应特征。研究结果表明当车辆处于自由滚动状态时,不同的摩擦系数对路面的接触应力影响较小。而对于全加速滑移状态则影响较大,摩擦系数越大,接触应力值越大,沥青路面疲劳寿命值反而越小。因此,综合考虑路面疲劳性能和行车安全,在保证路面足够抗滑性能的基础上,摩擦系数应尽量设计成较小值。研究结果可为沥青路面结构抗滑性能设计提供参考依据。 To obtain the stress response between tire and asphalt pavement in different driving conditions,given the steady state rolling research module provided in ABAQUS,a 3D finite element model of tire-subgrade-pavement structure is established,and the stress correlation between steady-stable rolling of tire and resilient modulus of subgrade soil are considered in the model.The traction,braking and skid of the vehicle are realized by setting the speed of the wheel shaft and the rotation speed of the tire.The stress response characteristics between the tire and the pavement influenced by the friction coefficient in the free-rolling state and whole acceleration state are studied.The results show that when the vehicle is in free-rolling state,different friction coefficients have little influence on the contact stress of the road surface.However,the effect is greater when the vehicle is in whole acceleration state.The contact stress increases with the increase of friction coefficient,while the fatigue life of asphalt pavement decreases.Therefore,by comprehensive considering the pavement fatigue and driving safety,the friction coefficient should be designed to be smaller on the basis of ensuring sufficient anti-slip performance.The study can provide a reference for the anti-slip performance design of asphalt pavement structure.
