摘要
在一些工程建设中比如开挖隧道会产生大量碎石土废渣,为充分利用自然资源,将碎石土材料用于高速公路路基填筑。以宝鸡至汉中高速公路汉川段为工程实例,对碎石路基填筑中的碎石破碎、路基压实、施工质量控制等步骤分析,确定碎石加工区间直径为大于100 mm的占30%,50~100 mm的占40%,小于50mm的占30%;采用弯沉试验法测得各弯沉测点代表弯沉值,经对比皆符合《公路路基路面现场测试规程》规范中设计弯沉值不大于100 (0. 01 mm)要求;基于项目碎石填料施工过程建立了有限元分析模型,分析结果表明在整个碎石路基层不均匀沉降距离值增大了5. 22 m。
In some construction projects,such as excavation of tunnels,a large number of debris will be produced.In order to make full use of natural resources,gravel and soil materials are used to fill the embankment of the highway.Taking the Hanchuan section of Baoji to Hanzhoung expressway as an example,this paper analyzes the steps of crushed gravel,subgrade compaction and construction quality control in the gravel subgrade filling,and determines the diameter of the lithotripsy processing section is>100 mm 30%,50 mm^100 mm 40%,<50 mm 30%,and the deflection test points are measured by the deflection test method,and the comparison is made by comparison.The design of the deflection value of the road subgrade and pavement is not more than 100(0.01 mm),and the finite element analysis model is established based on the construction process of the lithotripsy filling.The results show that the uneven settlement distance of the whole gravel road base is increased by 5.22 m.
