摘要 失步解列作为防止系统崩溃的最后一道防线,基于就地信息识别失步振荡并采取解列措施仍然是实际电网运行中较为可靠的手段。在分析失步振荡过程中电气量变化规律和现有失步解列装置判据的基础上,结合多个实际电网的仿真分析结果,梳理提炼包括单个电厂相对主网失稳、长链式电网送端系统相对主网失稳、电磁环网中子系统相对主网失稳、大电网区域间相对失稳在内的4种失稳模式,以及其振荡中心分布特征,并针对每种失稳模式及振荡中心分布特征提出相应的失步解列装置配置方案,为失步解列防线配置工作提供技术支撑。 As the last defense of preventing the system collapse,the local information based Identification of out-of-step oscillation and applying separation measures is still more reliable means in actual power grid operation.By analyzing the electric quantity variation in the out-of-step oscillation and the criterion for out-of-step separation,combined with the simulation results of several actual systems,the paper proposes the four kinds of instability modes,including the instability of a single power plant relative to the main network,the instability of chain sending system relative to the main network,the instability of the subsystem relative to the main network in electro?magnetic ring network and the relative inter-regional instability of large power grid,as well as the distribution characteristics of the os?cillation center.According to the distribution characteristics of each instability mode and oscillation center,the corresponding configu?ration of the out-of-step separation is put forward.
