改革开放40年来,中国共产党坚持既定的对外开放政策,并根据实际情况不断丰富发展,形成了一套具有中国特色的对外开放理论和实践体系。特别是党的十八大以来,习近平总书记结合新时代发展的现实需求,赋予邓小平开放思想新的理论内涵,创造性地提出了开放发展理念、"一带一路"倡议和人类命运共同体理念,并在以此为指导的对外开放实践中,逐步形成了开放型经济新体制,从而实现了在理论和实践上对邓小平对外开放思想的继承与超越。

Over the 40 years of reform and opening-up,the Communist Party of China sticks to the established opening-up policy and makes a continuing development according to real situation,and a set of opening-up theory and practical system with Chinese characteristics have been formed.Especially since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping combined the realistic needs of the new era development to give Deng Xiaoping’s open thoughts a new theoretical meaning.He innovatively proposed the open development concept,and the Belt and Road initiative and the thought of human destiny community.New open economy systems are gradually formed under the opening-up practice based on this guideline and the inheritance and transcendence to Deng Xiaoping’s open thought in theory and practice are realized.
